REPLACE THE WORK / BY BOWTIEDCYBER
Terms & Conditions
Effective October 23, 2026 · Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms govern the Replace the Work website, AI project guide, and inquiry features operated by BowTiedCyber LLC ("BowTiedCyber," "we," "us"). They do not replace a separately signed agreement for paid development, licensing, or support.
1. Using the website
By using the AI guide or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features. You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the information you submit. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Use the site for lawful business exploration and inquiries. Do not obtain credentials or private data without permission, bypass access or usage controls, disrupt services, submit malicious code or spam, infringe others' rights, or use the site to harm others.
2. AI and illustrative examples
The guide is AI, not a person. Its replies, summaries, proposed workflows, and follow-up drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review them before relying on them. They are preliminary discussion material, not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated advice.
Industry examples are possibilities, not customer case studies, verified outcomes, or guarantees of technical feasibility. Policy checks enforce selected communication rules; they cannot prove every statement correct. The guide cannot enter contracts, approve discounts, commit to deadlines, issue binding quotes, guarantee savings or staffing outcomes, or book a meeting on your behalf.
3. Inquiries and scheduling
An inquiry does not create a paid engagement, response-time commitment, or confirmed appointment. Bookings are completed separately through the approved Calendly scheduler and depend on its availability and confirmation. We may decline a project or ask for more information.
The site may prepare contextual email and SMS drafts as a demonstration. It does not currently send automated follow-ups or text messages. Optional email follow-up permission allows additional project-related contact, subject to applicable law and your ability to opt out. It does not authorize SMS contact.
4. Paid projects
The current website and chat do not process purchases. Scope, pricing, payment, milestones, acceptance, support, warranties, confidentiality, data handling, third-party costs, and intellectual-property rights for paid work must be established in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the project if it differs from these website terms.
Replacing a subscription or workflow does not necessarily lower total costs. Implementation, hosting, integration, maintenance, and support must be considered.
5. Your information
You retain rights in information you provide. You permit us to process it as needed to operate the guide, respond to your request, and provide the inquiry features described in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your business information or customer data.
Only submit information you may lawfully share. Do not provide passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, confidential customer records, or proprietary documents. An inquiry alone does not create a nondisclosure agreement. Arrange appropriate confidentiality terms and a suitable transfer method before sharing confidential project material.
6. Ownership and third parties
BowTiedCyber or its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, software, and underlying technology, except your submitted information and third-party materials. You may use this site and its outputs to evaluate a project, subject to these terms and others' rights. AI material may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection.
This demo transfers no source code or platform ownership. Correspond is separate technology; references to its policy-checking approach grant no license or transfer of its intellectual property. Rights in customer-specific deliverables and reusable components require an express project agreement.
Hosting, AI, font, scheduling, and other external services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or content. Review external services before providing information or making commitments through them.
7. Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this free website and demonstration are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or noninfringement. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Warranties for paid work belong in the relevant written agreement.
You are responsible for your decisions and reviewing AI material before business use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BowTiedCyber is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from this free site or demo, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable nonwaivable consumer protections. Paid-project liability provisions belong in the project agreement.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain renewed agreement where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes rights under mandatory applicable law.
